They are not medical or therapeutic devices and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice. For product support, please refer to our FAQ page. This store is fulfilled via a third-party provider, and direct contact regarding shipping or product inquiries will be redirected.

3. Payment & Currency

All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

4. Shipping

We partner with Printify to lovingly print and ship your items.
Shipping times vary based on location and item type. You can view our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All Sha’Raya creations are printed on demand, made uniquely for you. For this reason:

❌ No returns.
❌ No exchanges.
❌ No refunds.

💎 A replacement will only be issued if:

  • Your item arrives damaged.

  • There is a clear printing error or defect.

  • The order is lost in shipping and never delivered.

Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery by emailing sharaya.resonance@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, a replacement will be arranged at no cost.

6. Ownership & Copyright

All content, designs, and energy signatures are the intellectual property of Sha’Raya. You may not reproduce or repurpose any elements without written permission.

7. Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy deeply. Your information will never be shared or sold. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
