Refund policy

Every Sha’Raya piece is printed on demand - a unique creation crafted only after you place your order. For this reason we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or colour choice. We do not issue refunds.

We will send a replacement only if your item arrives damaged, there is a printing error or defect, or your order is lost in shipping and never delivered.

📧 To claim a replacement, email sharaya.resonance@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, a replacement will be sent at no cost.

📦 Cancellations: Orders are sent into production very quickly. If you notice an error, email us immediately. If production has already begun, we cannot cancel or change your order.

🌀 Sha’Raya is conscious creation - once the thread is woven into production, it cannot be undone. Thank you for honouring the sacred flow. 💖
